We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this period.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Must be in the same condition as delivered.
Usage: Unworn or unused.
Packaging: With tags and in original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Devices Only
This return policy applies only to devices (phones, headphones, computers, etc.). Accessories, bundles, and premium shipping services are nonrefundable.
If the product includes gift accessories, those must also be returned in good condition.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@ecobuyphone.com for the return address. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@ecobuyphone.com for resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Custom products (e.g., special orders)
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
We also do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or accessories. Contact us for concerns about specific items.
Returns Only Valid Within the United States
Please note that returns are only valid for orders shipped within the U.S.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (which may take 5-7 business days), we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
Refund Fee
A processing fee will be deducted from your refund due to payment platform charges:
Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. To keep our prices as aggressive as possible, our team reserves the right to issue a 10% restocking fee on any return.

Exchanges and Replacements
We do not offer exchanges or replacements. If you want a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for your preferred item.
